Intense breathing helps to activate the body's natural healing mechanisms and release emotional and physical blockages. These evocative Arcs we've composed serve as a catalyst for the journey, guiding you through different emotional and energetic landscapes.
Please make sure to listen to all of the instructional video & audio before your journey and please only do this work with a friend present to hold space for you. A lot can come up in these sessions.
